Jackson, MI Wedding Photography – William and Amanda – Michigan Weddings

William and Amanda got married in a beautiful church in Jackson MI surrounded by a huge array of family and friends! It was great to see so many people there to support their union. I had the pleasure of doing their engagement shoot, so it really helped in getting to know them! It was funny how many people in common that we actually knew. I knew a ton of guests at their wedding which makes it that much more comfortable. 

The weather had been super chilly and raining for the week upcoming to their wedding day. I remember bringing an umbrella and garbage bags because we were certain it was going to rain, I mean the forecast said so! We showed up at the church and while it was very cloudy the rain was holding off. I was excited at the possibility of outdoor photos, although we were all still convinced it would start pouring any minute. 

The ceremony went off beautifully we had planned a bubble ceremony however with the rain forecast we were sure how we would pull it off. When the ceremony ended and we looked outside, the sun was shining! no rain! William and Amanda’s guests met them at the church doors and saw them out with an aisle of bubbles, it was truly magical. We concluded with a few formal shots and headed to their home for a backyard reception.
